Well hello there fashionphiles! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to update my section on all things fashion.
As some of you know, I’ve been accepted to graduate school which has been eating up much of my time.
Anyway, I thought I’d do a piece on the trends I’ve been seeing in stores for the winter. For one, which has surprised me, I’m seeing lots and lots of studs! No, I don’t mean good looking men, I mean rock and roll, kick your ass type hardware! For my own aesthetic, I dig it! I’m someone who likes to mix romantic elements with rocker type pieces. This doesn’t just apply to women, men’s pieces have been getting very rock and roll as well. For one, every store I have been to in the last few weeks has had, in some form or another, a motorcycle jacket in the men’s section.
However, if this isn’t your thing, there is the still a trend in the Mismatched, hipster accents. Personally, I’m not one for this look, but that shouldn’t stop you!
My last trend for the winter season is this. SELF CONFIDENCE! Be who you are no matter the style or trend. It’s the best accessory no matter the season or gender!
